1. Services Provided
- Our gutter cleaning service includes the removal of debris such as leaves, twigs, and other blockages from gutters and downspouts to ensure proper water flow.
- Any additional services, such as minor repairs, are not included in the gutter cleaning service.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, check, or e-transfer payments such as Venmo or Zelle.
- A deposit may be required for larger projects, which will be outlined in the service agreement.
3. Access to Property
- The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property. This includes unlocking gates, securing pets, and moving any items that may hinder the work.
- If access is not provided at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Liability and Damages
- Our team will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage to the property. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or for any damage caused by defective or improperly installed gutters or downspouts.
- We carry liability insurance for any accidental damages caused during the service.
5. Weather Conditions
- Gutter cleaning is weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to reschedule the service for safety reasons. Clients will be notified as soon as possible of any schedule changes.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of the service date, and we will address any issues in a timely manner.
8. Health and Safety
- The client is responsible for notifying us of, and removing any health or safety hazards present at the property, such as the presence of wasps, hornets, or other potentially dangerous conditions.
9. Termination of Service
- We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions or if any safety concerns arise that cannot be addressed.
Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:
- Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
- Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
- Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
- Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Disable user accounts.
- Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
